Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your item ahead of its official release.

What to expect with pre-orders:

- Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

- Estimated shipping timelines are shared before fulfillment.

- Order updates are communicated via email. 

- If timelines change, customers are notified directly.

- Pre-order availability and early access details are shared with our email subscribers first. 

Orders:

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent with your order details.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
